I downloaded and read this book this evening…I found it to simply be excellent – I highly recommend it…insightful, natural approach – lots of good info from a wholistic perspective – thorough medical review that was easy to understand, pros and cons and mis-information of conventional treatment – and he puts things together in a way I did not understand before reading this and I’ve researched this a lot….written by a naturalpath – I have tried portions of what he suggests elsewhere and it has definitely helped – except I didn’t quite realize it until reading this book. For the price it is well worth the read.
